By entering the STELLA YORK BOO BASKET GIVEAWAY you agree to be bound by the following T&C:

Promoter: Essense of Australia, Inc., 15500 W. 113th St. Suite 300, Lenexa, Kansas 66219, USA. The STELLA YORK BOO BASKET GIVEAWAY is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entry Period: 12:00 AM CST on October 23, 2026 to 11:59 PM CST on October 30, 2026

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  • No purchase necessary. Winner will not be required to pay to enter the STELLA YORK BOO BASKET GIVEAWAY.
  • Employees of the Promoter or affiliated and related companies are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • Follow Stella York brand Instagram account at instagram.com/missstellayork
  • Tag at least one person with an active Instagram account in the comments of the giveaway post.
  • Additional comments with at least one person with an active Instagram account tagged will be recognized as an additional entry.
  • Sharing to Instagram stories will be recognized as an additional entry.

Prize

  • Winner will be selected at random by the Promoter from all entrants by November 2, 2026 and he/she will be notified on or after this date via direct message on his/her Instagram account.
  • Prize is non-negotiable, not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Disputes

The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the released parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Johnson County, Kansas, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator by a mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Lenexa, Kansas. The federal or state law that applies to these T&C will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Johnson County, Kansas. The Promoter agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

Privacy

The Promoter may be collecting personal data from the entrants and potential winner in order to confirm their eligibility. It will treat such data in accordance with the privacy policy located at https://www.essensedesigns.com/privacy-policy/. In addition, the Promoter may use and share an entrant’s personal data with third parties solely to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligation to administer and sponsor the STELLA YORK BOO BASKET GIVEAWAY. All information provided is being provided solely to the Promoter.
