Real Stella York bride Kayleigh had an incredible ‘rustic glam’ wedding in the UK. Kayleigh kept the wedding colors neutral and had her bridesmaids wear neutral Sorella Vita gowns. Elements of rose gold and lush florals perfectly complimented her ‘rustic glam’ bridal style. Kayleigh wore not only one but TWO Stella York dresses, one for the ceremony and one for the reception.

The Proposal:
Matt surprised me with a trip to Bali to visit family in Australia. He’d booked us our own private villa and when we arrived I was sent for a massage. When I got back to the villa the pool was covered in petals and he got down on one knee. Perfect!
The Dresses
I wore two Stella York dresses, Style 6646 and Style 6793. For my day dress, I knew exactly what I wanted. Long sleeves, off the shoulder, backless and floaty. A ‘princess’ dress that was timeless but still had elements of sexy. For the evening, I wanted something sassier – thin straps, fitted and a low back. Both dresses were exactly what I wanted and the bridal shop Emma Louise were amazing in helping me find them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – they made me feel special from start to finish. My bridesmaids all wore Sorella Vita gowns in a beautiful shade that complemented my dresses perfectly!

The Wedding Details:
Our wedding theme was fairly neutral – I didn’t want any bright colours, just lots of natural tones with greenery. Our florist referred to the look as ‘rustic glam’. We had hints of Rose gold too – my favourite. We had so many comments on the floral displays we chose – we had a flower ceiling during our ceremony which was a real show stopper and everything we’d always dreamt of. There was masses of candles too as everyone who knows me knows I’m a candle addict! We added lots of personalised touches too with our names and the wedding date on most items throughout the day – confetti cones, favours, sparkles – you name it, we personalised it. We had huge rustic Mr & Mrs Canipa letters too.
We also had an ice cream van & crazy golf to keep our guests entertained during our drinks reception – Matt loves golf and who doesn’t love ice cream? We’re so happy both went down a storm!
