While we never need an excuse to indulge in a delicious mimosa, Valentine’s Day gives us the perfect reason to create a fun, DIY mimosa bar. Grab your favorite fruit, juice, and festive decor, and invite your besties over for the ultimate Valentine’s Day (or Galentine’s Day!) celebration.

What You’ll Need:

  • Champagne. One bottle of champagne will get you 6-8 drinks, depending on how your guests like to make their mimosas. For a non-alcoholic version, club soda is a good replacement for the champagne.
  • Juice. It’s always nice to provide your guests with a variety of juices, and it’s even better when they look so pretty next to each other! We chose raspberry, pomegranate, and orange juices for our bar.
  • Fresh Fruit. No delicious mimosa is complete without a little bit of fruit! Perfect for mixing in the juice, or simply garnishing the side of the glass, you can’t really go wrong when selecting your fruit. Some of our favorites are blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • Labeled Carafes. It’s important to label each carafe of juice with a tag, letting your guests know which juice is which. While you can definitely use clear glass carafes, how perfect are these pink and red bottles for a Valentine’s Day-inspired mimosa bar?
  • Glassware. Champagne flutes are the typical go-to for mimosas, but don’t be afraid to play around with fun, patterned glasses, too! These gold-dotted stemless wine glasses are so cute and accent the pink and red of Valentine’s Day perfectly!
  • Decor. This part of the DIY mimosa bar is where you can really bring your Valentine’s Day theme to life! Cute, patterned straws in pink and red add the perfect pop of color to your drinks, while heart garlands and balloons add a super-sweet (and colorful!) mix to your bar cart or countertop.
