How do you make the bride’s experience memorable?
A friendly greeting as they arrive, making them feel special and comfortable, showing each and every dress, and involving the whole party so they have a great experience. Even if they do not buy, they will remember us and our store to tell future customers what a fantastic range of dresses we have and what a brilliant experience they had.
What’s the most surprising request you’ve ever gotten from a bride?
A bride wanted to know what size her pregnant bridesmaid would need when she was 8 months pregnant.
What’s your favorite wedding story from one of your brides?
Having a fuller-figure bride come in to look for an A-line dress and ending up with a fishtail dress. She cried because she never thought she could look like this on her wedding day!
What is the best advice you would give a bride as she is shopping for her wedding gown?
