Real Martina Liana Bride Mindy + Jarrod

A classic wedding for a classic couple, we’re loving all the elegant and romantic details of real Martina Liana bride Mindy’s wedding to husband Jarrod. Read on for all the swoon-worthy details – and photos!

From the bride: We went out to eat, and of course, Jarrod took me to get my favorite food, sushi! He invited my best friend and her husband too. After eating, we drove out to this beautiful bridge in and country overlooking the river. We all got out to take the view in, and when I turned around he was on one knee with the perfect ring! My best friend was able to get the whole thing on video too!

I wanted a dress that was elegant, classy, and sophisticated. I absolutely love lace, and when I saw this dress I knew it was the one. There were so many dresses I liked, but this was the only one that gave you the perfect feeling. Everyone said when you know you know, and they were exactly right! This dress was the first one and tried on, and I couldn’t get it off my mind. I went back and tried it on multiple times. The glow on my face said it all, I knew it was the one!!! I actually had this dress on my phone when I showed my stylist what I wanted, I didn’t even realize it was the same dress on me! House of White was great, they knew exactly what I wanted, and they even gave some options I wouldn’t have picked out myself which was great! It was very intimate setting trying on your dress. There were no other people there at the same time trying on dresses. You had their full attention, and it made you feel special and one of a kind! Finding your dress is pretty much the most important thing for your big day!

Our wedding was classy and elegant. We used all neutral colors. The bridesmaids wore a pale champagne color that complemented them perfectly. The groomsmen wore a classy dark grey with grey bow ties to match and cognac shoes to set off the sophisticated look. The church and reception were decorated with greenery to give that sophisticated and elegant look too. We had elegant string lighting from the ceiling to give a perfect romantic feel. We had a traditional Catholic wedding that was very important to both of us and our families. We wanted all of our friends and families to be there to celebrate with us.

The most special memory of our wedding day was seeing my husband for the first time. It was the best feeling finally getting to see him after all the anticipation. His expression seeing with the perfect gown on was priceless. It even brought a tear to his eye. That was the most memorable part of our special day!!
