Real Martina Liana Bride Hannah + Ben

Inspired by an enchanted forest, real Martina Liana bride, Hannah, brought her wedding vision to life at her family-tradition-inspired nuptials. From the lush greenery throughout the celebration to Hannah’s unique Blake Bodysuit and Stevie Skirt wedding gown style, everything about the day was perfect, and a perfect fit to the couples’ personalities. Congratulations to these sweet newlyweds!

From the bride: Ben, my husband, and I got engaged at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. He surprised me with a trip the first week of December because it was all decorated for Christmas (my favorite holiday). We had been to the Biltmore before but never to see it decorated for Christmas. We decided to go for a long weekend. One day Ben said we had “professional Christmas card pictures” around 4 pm in front of the Estate that was complimentary. I thought nothing of it. We rode the trolley to the estate, met the photographer, he took some normal photos and the next thing I know, Ben was on his knee. And the rest is history.

I wanted to feel like a princess but I wanted to still feel sexy. I wanted something different and unique. That is why I chose separates! I had the ability to choose exactly what type of top I wanted with an extravagant yet elegant bottom. Then I wanted to be able to change into a more fun/party top for the reception that is why I got the Ciara Corset along with the Blake Bodysuit.

Our wedding was a true fairytale with lots and lots of greenery. I wanted it to look like an enchanted forest. We had greenery walls and hedges along the dance floor, along with trees and dark maroon flowers. We had over-the-top bouquets and ribbons. We made our wedding day special because we actually got married in the church my dad built and started 25 years ago and our reception was at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club where Ben grew up being a member and going to with his family. Our cocktail hour was on a golf course green, and since we both play golf (well I try), it was all around a perfect day that described us so well.

My most special memory of my wedding day was seeing my vision come to life. I wanted a fairytale wedding that felt like an enchanted forest and it was just that. I also LOVED getting ready with my mom. She was an amazing part of the whole process, from helping me pick out my amazing custom gown to helping me put it on. That was a special moment for us.
