Real bride Ryann wed her husband in his favorite place: the golf course. Dusty rose and blush colors painted a perfect big day complete with family, friends and every bride’s dream, a donut wall!
I had no clue! I prepped meat & veggies to grill on a Friday night — nothing out of the norm for our Friday nights. Dustin always came over to my parents’ house for the weekend. He arrived at my parents house in his work suit, so I asked him to change because I was pretty hungry and wanted to start grilling. He said he was fine and that he would wait to change. I should have known that something was up, because he ALWAYS changes out of this work clothes!
I said “okay,” and walked outside to turn on the grill. I lifted up the grill cover to see a dozen long stem red roses sitting in there. I turned around and he was grinning. He said, “Sorry! We’re not grilling tonight, I am taking you to dinner.” I replied, “…but I prepped all this food!” Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The reason he did it in my parents’ backyard is because we have made the best memories out there; barbecuing, hanging out, playing sports, and so much more! It was perfect for me.
The Wedding Details
The theme of our wedding was “classic” and the colors were blush and dusty rose. We had a pink donut wall! We were married on a golf course and while the entire day day was chaotic and busy, my husband, Dustin, and I had a special moment with just us two and the photographer. After the ceremony and amidst all the commotion, the photographer took us out to the course and photographed us. We had the most amazing views, it was quiet & peaceful, and it was just us. It was truly the perfect moment!
I thought my bridal style was going to be all lace everything. Boy, was I wrong! My bridal consultant brought me Martina’s 906 and it was a done deal. My entire group lost it, even I started to tear up a little – and I’m not really a crier! Gosh, I can’t even imagine my wedding without Martina Liana’s 906. It had everything I wanted.
