Pre-Wedding Face Masks

With the myriad of beauty options we have staring us down on a daily basis and just begging us to try, the pre-wedding face mask is a particularly important beauty product and whatever you use it needs to perform. Of course, when you are preparing your beauty regime for your big day it’s an absolute must that you try the regime a couple of times months before your special day! You don’t want any nasty surprises or hiccups when you choose a product which may or may not agree with your skin type. Set at least two trials with your chosen product just in case your skin reacts or you find it overstimulating.

Pre-wedding is NEVER a time to try anything new or drastic. Tried and true always wins here. Which had me thinking about my favourite all-time products? Cult classics, that never let the consumer down. Then it came to me. A fashion week staple. This product is sold once every 20 minutes worldwide. It’s allergy tested and non-comedogenic. The ultimate pick-me-up for tired, stressed skin, this radiance-making product helps eliminate signs of fatigue in a flash. This “energy” mask will take 10 minutes. It’s a radiance booster balm that instantly moisturizes, brightens, and tightens facial contours so skin looks rested and relaxed. It’s your BFF on long-haul flights and late nights.

So what is it you ask?

What I love about this balm is this. You can apply as a mask for 10 minutes to really amp up your skin and it really does help eliminate signs of fatigue. Another bonus feature of this product is that its non-oily formula prepares skin for perfect makeup application and hours of luminous wear. This means that you can use this of course as your primer on your wedding day if you feel the need.

Apply a liberal amount to your hands and pat and press into your skin on your face. You can leave for 10 minutes or even sleep in it. You will wake up looking fresh and well rested. Remember to press it on your face, do not rub it on.

Place a small amount of the balm to your fingertips and press onto your face. Do not rub like a moisturizer. It is not oily so you will look luminous and radiant without ever becoming oily. You can also if you are a drier skin like me, apply a little to your face during the day by pressing it over your foundation as a little pick me up.
